What we do
with your data

In short: we collect only what you write to us, we use it to reply to you, and we give it to nobody. Below is the full version, as the European Regulation requires.

Last updated: 25 August 2026

Who processes the data

The data controller is Grafica Nappa S.r.l., with registered office at Via Antonio Gramsci 19, 81031 Aversa (CE), VAT number 00100450618. For any request concerning your data you can write to commerciale@graficanappa.com or call 081 890 6734.

What data we collect, and only when you give it to us

The site collects nothing while you are browsing it. Data reaches us only if you fill in one of the two forms.

Contact form
Name and company, email address, the text you write. We need them in order to reply: without them we cannot.
Quotation request
The same data, plus the technical information about the job (type of product, print run, format, finishing). We need them in order to prepare the quotation.
Newsletter
Your email address alone, together with the date on which you gave your consent.

Why we may process it

For the contact form and the quotation request the legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b of the Regulation): you write to us for an answer, and the answer requires your data.

For the newsletter the basis is your consent (Art. 6.1.a), which you give by ticking the box and which you may withdraw at any time, without having to explain why.

How long we keep it

Contact and quotation requests are kept for as long as it takes to deal with them and, if a commercial relationship follows, for the periods laid down by accounting and tax law. Newsletter addresses are kept until you ask to be removed.

Who receives it

Messages arrive at the company mailbox and are read by the people who have to answer you: sales and management. We do not sell, pass on or swap addresses with anybody.

The site and the mail are hosted by a service provider acting as data processor, which keeps the data on servers located in the European Union.

Cookies and visit statistics

To understand which pages are actually useful we use Google Analytics 4. These are non-essential cookies, so they are set only after your consent: until you accept, your browser does not contact Google in any way — this is not a matter of cookies being denied, the script itself is never loaded, so Google does not even see your IP address.

On your first visit a panel appears at the bottom of the page with two buttons of equal weight: accept and decline. If you do not answer, nothing is installed and the question comes back on your next visit. You can change your mind at any time through the Statistics preferences link in the footer of every page, and in any case the choice expires after six months.

If you accept, Google Analytics records in aggregate form the pages viewed, where the visit came from and technical data such as device and browser type, with the IP address truncated. We do not combine this data with your messages and we have not enabled any advertising features. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) of the Regulation and Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code).

The service is provided by Google Ireland Limited, acting as data processor; data may be transferred to the United States to Google LLC, which adheres to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Retention is set to the shortest period the tool allows.

The server also records, as any server does, the ordinary technical access data needed to keep it running and to defend it from abuse: that does not depend on consent, because without it there would be no site.

What you can ask for

At any time you can ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, to erase it, to restrict its use, to receive it in a readable format or to object to the processing. Where the basis is consent, you can withdraw it: what we did before remains valid, what comes after stops.

Just write to commerciale@graficanappa.com. If you believe something is wrong, you can turn to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Automated decisions

We do not take decisions about you by automated means, and we do not carry out profiling.
