From the cutting die to the box
01 — Cutting die
It starts flat
Before printing there is a technical drawing: a single shape, cut and creased to fit exactly what it will hold.
02 — Printing
It takes colour
LED-UV offset: the ink cures instantly under the LEDs and the sheet comes off dry, ready for the next operation.
03 — Finishing
It takes light
Hot foil on the logo, blind embossing on the seal. It changes as the angle changes.
04 — Folding and gluing
It takes shape
The creases guide the fold: the box closes without forcing the fibre, and arrives ready to fill.

The founding
The printing house opens in Aversa. Four generations on, it is still in the same town.

The fourth generation of the family joins the company: two generations have worked side by side ever since.

Hot foil stamping
Hot and cold. Gold, silver and pigmented: the logo changes as the angle changes.
Blind embossing
Relief without ink. Fingers read it before eyes do.
UV varnishes
Gloss, matt, soft-touch, pearlescent, scented, glittered. Spot only, if that is what it needs.
Bespoke cutting dies
Shapes built around the product: windows, locks, crash-lock bases. Mock-ups in 24 hours.

From prepress to finishing, every stage stays in house: quality is not delegated, and lead times do not depend on anyone else.
LED-UV offset printing Among the first in Italy to adopt LED-UV offset for packaging: the ink cures instantly under the LEDs, the sheet comes off dry and goes straight to the next operation. Details Packaging & custom carton converting Custom folding cartons and carton converting, from the cutting die to the finished product, without going outside: design with Esko and Adobe, physical and digital mock-ups in twenty-four hours, die-cutting and gluing in-house, Mineral Oil Free inks for food contact. Details IML – In-Mould Labelling In-Mould Labelling: the label is printed, cut and placed inside the mould while the plastic is being moulded. Details Finishing for luxury packaging The detail you feel with your fingers before you see it with your eyes: hot stamping and hot foil, cold foil, blind embossing, gloss, matt, pearlescent, scented and glitter UV varnishes, protective and soft-touch lamination. Since 2013 the roof of the plant has been a 180 kilowatt-peak photovoltaic array. Underneath it, LED-UV presses that cure without solvents and Mineral Oil Free inks: sustainability here is not a manifesto, it is a list of technical choices.
